Can I add to an order?

We are pleased to offer an add to order option! If you would like to add to an order please contact us to check the status of your order. If the order is not pending shipment it can be added to. Once the request is made, you will receive an email with a payment request for the additional order and combined shipping. Payment must be completed before the adjusted order can be fulfilled, to avoid order delays please make payment immediately. Please note that add to order requests cannot be completed via email. Use of the ways listed below to contact us directly.

Can I get this product in a different scent?

Most items are customizable, just send us a message!

 

I am allergic to _______ can I get this product without it?

We may be able to swap out one ingredient for another, or leave it out. Please contact us with your concern and we will try to customize the product just for you!

 

I'm looking for something special. Do you take custom orders?

We love a challenge! Heavenly Relief was created from a custom request and is now in our product lineup. Just send us a detailed message with what you are looking for and we will try to create something special just for you! 

 

Are your products cruelty free?

Absolutely! All products are made in my home studio and personally tested by myself and other humans. SOAPCAKE pledges that all products are made with cruelty free and sustainably sourced ingredients.
